Michal Kozubkiewicz, Director
With over 20 years of experience in banking, finance, and M&A, Michal has built a career that spans Australia, the UK, and international markets. His expertise covers commercial, residential, and agricultural funding, along with strategic business advisory, credit structuring, and portfolio management.
Michal began his career in Adelaide before spending a decade in London, where he held senior roles in investment banking, private equity, real estate finance, and prudential regulation. At the UK Financial Services Authority, he oversaw the supervision of global banks, and later, as a Director at KPMG’s Portfolio Solutions Group, he built and led a pan-European team that delivered more than 100 portfolio transactions valued at over €130 billion.
Since returning to Australia, Michal has worked with Commonwealth Bank as a Senior Relationship Executive for more than eight years. In this role, he has structured and delivered over $400 million in new lending across business acquisitions, property development, agricultural expansion, and residential mortgages. He has advised large corporates, SMEs, and individual clients while leading product specialists to deliver tailored, end-to-end solutions.
Recognised for his credit expertise, commercial insight, and ability to navigate complex lending scenarios, Michal combines strong analytical skills with a client-focused, relationship-driven approach. He brings a global perspective and is known for his integrity, trustworthiness, and commitment to achieving results.
Today, as a commercial, residential, and agri-funding expert and trusted business advisor, Michal partners with clients to simplify finance, unlock opportunities, and deliver holistic solutions that support both immediate needs and long-term success.
